This notice explains how the main gtabiri.com portfolio website handles information when you browse the site, send an inquiry, or arrange a conversation with Gyata Tabiri. Separately operated project applications and outside websites may have different practices.

Information you send

The Contact and Creative Request forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, project or role description, timing, and optional budget information. The Creative Request form also asks for a telephone number and more detailed project requirements. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential client material.

Form submissions are sent to info@gtabiri.com. The website also attempts to send a copy to the email address you provide. These messages are processed by the website’s hosting and email services. A delivery confirmation from the website means the email service accepted the message; it does not guarantee arrival in an inbox.

The forms use a browser session to support security, prevent repeated submissions, and show confirmation or error messages. If the Contact form needs a correction or cannot send, its bounded answers are temporarily kept in the session so you do not have to retype them. They are cleared after being shown again or after a successful submission. Inquiry emails remain in the relevant mail systems.

How your information is used

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss roles or projects, schedule conversations, and manage related professional communications. Technical information supports website operation, security, troubleshooting, and understanding how the website is used.

Analytics, cookies, and external resources

This website uses Google Analytics. It may collect information about pages viewed, referrals, device and browser characteristics, and interactions, and it may use cookies. Contact-link events record the contact method selected; the form answers are not included in those events. See how Google uses information from partner websites.

The scheduling page embeds Calendly. Booking information is processed by Calendly, and its embedded service may use cookies or similar technologies. See Calendly’s privacy notice. You can email Gyata instead of using the scheduler.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load other external resources. Your browser contacts those providers to request the resources, which can disclose technical request information such as an IP address. The hosting service may also keep technical logs of requests, timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information.

Service providers and linked websites

Hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, and resource providers process information relevant to their services. Their processing and retention practices are described in their own notices. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices and requests

You can restrict cookies and external requests using browser settings; doing so may affect website features. Google also provides Analytics opt-out information. These browser controls do not remove information already sent through a form or email.

To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention, email info@gtabiri.com. Please identify the inquiry and describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Requests are handled in light of applicable requirements and any records that need to be retained. Requests about information controlled independently by another provider should also be directed to that provider.
